Information on the supply situation for eBike components

When the Coronavirus crisis began, we started preparing for expected disruptions in the supply chain and were able to deliver throughout 2020 and into Q3 of 2021 in spite of all the challenges we faced.

However, the supply situation is now coming to a head:
- Coronavirus-related plant closures at electronics producers in Malaysia are causing further shortages
- Microprocessor manufacturers have had to reduce their commitments in the short term
- The global supply chain situation is becoming critical, especially in the availability of freight capacities

According to the information currently available, the points mentioned above are having an impact on our ability to deliver systems. The supply of batteries in particular will be affected over the coming months due to a lack of electronic components.

DUE TO INCREASED DEMAND AND LIMITED PRODUCTION CAPACITIES, THERE ARE CURRENTLY DELIVERY BOTTLENECKS FOR THE NYON DISPLAY (BUI350). THE ARTICLE IS CURRENTLY LIMITED TO 5 PIECES PER MONTH.
